Regardless of your bike level, the RIDE and FLOW after-work or afternoon tour offers pure fun and adventure for beginners and advanced riders (level 1-2). Pack your bike, put on your sports gear and get in the saddle.
The meeting point is in the afternoon or at the end of the day in front of the Hotel Continental Park. After the tour, we treat ourselves to a Ticino aperitif.
The RIDE and FLOW after-work tour is a co-operation with Trudy Bike - bike school and tours in Central Switzerland - and the Hotel Continental Park.

Aperitif
After the after-work tour, we have the opportunity to treat ourselves to a Ticino aperitif in the Bellini Locanda Ticinese restaurant. In fine weather in the Bellini Giardino garden restaurant.

Bike hire / equipment
Mountain bikes or e-mountain bikes can be hired on site at the Hotel Continental Park. We can also organise additional bike equipment on request.
